Update on Eltrombopag trial was created by jrosenfe
My Daughter finished up the trial and now takes 75 mg of eltrombopag daily and her numbers boosted all the way up to 356K, although last month dropped to 55K but we blame her stomach virus and a few missed doses. She seems to have no side effects and really doing well. Next month we will take her off of it and do a bone marrow test to see how she is doing. I am still hopeful she will kick it herself but I am thankful for the trial as it has given us a very "normal" life.
