Yeah I'm kinda frustrated right now. One good development is that they have gotten access to the NPLATE antibody test, so they will do that next week. In the meantime he stays at 5mcs per kilo because we don't know if he will respond. I've also mentioned rituximab and as a last resort, splenectomy. Very, very last resort.
