I talked them into increasing his NPlate to 2mcgs/kilo. He's only at 5k and plans on a trip and a tattoo. We all disagree with this, but hopefully the higher dose will bring it up. We'll see on Monday.

Hi Donna,

Its like back to the old days with Tim's counts, and not in a good way.

I am currently having the tattoo argument with my eldest son. I hate them. We are no closer to agreement on it than we were when we started the discussion a couple of months ago. I suspect that he will just go out and do it one day. I keep telling myself that kids have to make some of their own mistakes, but its not making me feel any better about it.:( And it must be doubly bad with Tim, so you have my every sympathy!!!!

Hi ali,thanks :). I don't mind them so much as long as they are tasteful and not all that death and satanic crap. I wish he wouldn't cause of his platelets, but he will do what he wants. I've learned I hav to let him make his own mistakes. He won't listen to me.
