My 6 month old was at 5 and had Ivig once 3 months ago. She was at 88 two days ago. Now she has this bruise on her leg? Could be from the car seat strap? Could this be a sign her platelets dropped again ? :(((

That doesn't look ITP related. It doesn't look like a bruise or petechiae. It looks like a rash of some sort.

If you are worried, you could call her doctor.

Thank you for your reply. It's cleared up a lot today and she has an appointment next week. Is it a good sign that her platelets have gone up a lot on their own ? Im so worried

It looked like a raised rash on the picture. If so, it's not due to low counts.
