Do you mean replies to your posts, or just in general?
If you reply to this message, there should be a box that says "check this box to be notified of replies to this topic". I think if you make sure there is no check mark in the box, you should be okay. You may have to do this every time you reply to a message. Not sure if that helps. Maybe Jeff will give you the right answer if this doesn't work. Good luck.

I think you must have clicked subscribe. I have just discovered I had done so with one topic and was getting emails every time someone posted. At the bottom of the page one can unsubscribe
