After four or five months of constant heavy nosebleeds, Dougie had his nose cauterised in May and mercifully, that seems to have cured the problem. His last count in late May was in the 30s which is great and he mostly has no symptoms at all. He's off to University next week so I hope it stays that way and he has no problems while he is gone. Oh, and he ran his first marathon in August. All in all, a really positive few months. I hope you are all doing well. Ali
