We had a green Christmas with a bit of rain. Getting some snow today. Expecting up to 15cms.

Hope you enjoyed your holiday, Melinda!

I would have shared some of this cold & snow with you Cindy ;)
That's a lot of snow expected - stay warm & I hope you have hot chocolate & marshmallows handy!

Thank you - we did have a very nice holiday with the kids & The Grands. Even had the Granddog and the Grandpuppy for a few days. Hope you had a good one too!

It wasn't bad considering it was the first one without my dad. :( We wanted to spoil mum so she wouldn't feel too bad and I think we succeeded. I like a little snow for Christmas and then it can go away. Got lots of hot chocolate and marshmallows!

I would have liked a white Christmas. We were outside in t-shirts. It didn't feel like Christmas at all.

Here in northern California, San Francisco area we get snow only every 30 years. So no snow but we had a hard frost on Christmas morning that made everything white and sparkly. loved it!

enjoy the holidays everyone!!

I was thinking of you all Cindy - know it had to have been hard for all. But your Dad wouldn't want it to be. Hugs!

So glad you have lots of hot chocolate & marshmallows - that makes the cold & snow a bit better.

Sandi I would have love to have been outside in capris & a t-shirt - wind chills below 0 and snow just don't hack it any more. Nope, a white Christmas is well overrated!

Is it raining in Northern California?

Hey Christine - do you have a lot of marshmallows and hot chocolate handy too? Last year this time we had a minus 19 too, so I guess I shouldn't complain as it appears we are having a heat wave now [25°].

Happy New Year to you too!

Melinda- we are having similar temps 29degrees F at night in Northern California. That is cold for us! everyone is covering their tropical plants. Days are in the 40s-50s. And not much rain, we are in a drought- but we have gotten a few inches, things are staring to get green.

Hot Chocolate sounds so good! yummers! I am off sugar (wah) which really is overall healthier for me, but its hard around the holidays! I miss the chocolate and sweets, sugar has been so much a part of the celebration. hey vegetables just don't do it.

****Happy Healthy New Year To All! **toot***
