At dinner last night my son listened with great interest to the story of a very mean cat that I had when I was young and how the cat would act cute, but then draw blood if you tried to pet him. My son then stared at his broccoli for much too long, before announcing with true concern, "mommy, I think that cat took all your plates, or whatever that blood thing is called."

Funny, but I have had doctors supply even crazier ideas, they can just remember all the big words.
