I was looking up the symptoms of a B-12 deficiency and came across this. It's the weirdest thing I've ever seen. The things that make you go "Hmmmmm".

Symptoms Of B12 Deficiency In Women

b12 deficiency
Vitamin B12 deficiency is a reduction in vitamin B12 from inadequate dietary intake or impaired absorption. The condition is commonly asymptomatic, but can also present as anemia characterized by enlarged blood corpuscles with characteristic changes in neutrophils, known as megaloblastic anemia.

symptoms
A physical or mental feature that is regarded as indicating a condition of disease, particularly such a feature that is apparent to the patient
A sign of the existence of something, esp. of an undesirable situation
(symptom) anything that accompanies X and is regarded as an indication of X's existence
(symptom) (medicine) any sensation or change in bodily function that is experienced by a patient and is associated with a particular disease
Symptoms is a 1974 British horror film directed by José Ramón Larraz. It was entered into the 1974 Cannes Film Festival. Although circulated privately through bootlegs, the original prints are missing, and was last show on British television in 1983.

women
An adult human female
(woman) a female person who plays a significant role (wife or mistress or girlfriend) in the life of a particular man; "he was faithful to his woman"
A female worker or employee
A wife, girlfriend, or lover
(woman) an adult female person (as opposed to a man); "the woman kept house while the man hunted"
(woman) charwoman: a human female employed to do housework; "the char will clean the carpet"; "I have a woman who comes in four hours a day while I write"

You forgot to mention the page title, which reads: "Candida Symptoms in Men." Quite the puzzler, that page.

It looks like a trap to me, when I see nonsense like that I run away- lol I would not advise clicking further into the site.

I asked my son (college kid) what it was. he says they are created with random grabs of popular information just to bait someone in. Then if you click the "Continue" button you'll get into some advertising or malware. He also said that it may not have been created by a person, but by a computer. yes, weird.

I had no interest in looking at it further. It didn't tell me anything I wanted to know!

That kind of site seems to engage in what is called "click-baiting" along with some mild SEO (search engine optimization), all created automatically by various tools. I didn't go any further into that site either.

Hello all,

I couldn't find another topic with a more fitting name. I was just wondering if this is normal? I have started to get a lot of large and bleeding purple blistering in my mouth. I tried to load a photo via my phone however it will not let me so I have put the photo as my profile photo.

If anyone could give me any advice or information I would be grateful!

Many thanks

Katie

Katie:

They sound like blood blisters which is a symptom of low counts. You should probably contact your doctor. It's not an emergency, but I'd let him know about it.

Thanks Sandi!

I've had a different hemo today than normal and he has decided to make me a inpatient again and give me some immunoglobulin. Apparently I am being to symptomatic and he doesn't like how long my platelets have been on 0.

I'm not entirely sure what is means or what having the immunoglobulin will accomplish so
I'm crack on and get some more research done! Thank you for all of your help Sandi, you have been more than helpful! A star!

Many thanks! X

I think they are doing the right thing. IVIG is usually pretty temporary, but hopefully it will give you the boost that you need right now. Good luck!
