I flew back from New Mexico through Minneapolis yesterday. It was -7. We had 6 inches of snow today with wind and a low of 5 tomorrow. O for a high on mon. Can I go back to Albuquerque?

I'm in southern California, so it got up to the mid 70's today.
Diagnosed: August 2013, lowest count 2k.
Treatments: IVIG, Prednisone, transfusions.
Current Count: 233k, 12/23/2013.
Currently: Watching/waiting.

-22, wind chill -35. More snow on the way too, although we're only supposed to get 5- 10 cms. I actually wish we lived in the same building as my parents; it's always hot there!

59° right now - however tomorrow is a high of 21° with snow & wind. We do the extremes really well.

Had our arctic front a few weeks ago & unfortunately it decided to stick around, wasn't fun at all.

We visited the Mid West 18 months ago during Jul/Aug. I can't imagine what it must be like now covered in snow with freezing winds. Have seen photos on our news & find it hard to believe it's the same places we were in.

Actually the day I started this post, I ran outside 3.5 miles. It was brisk!

And it was so cold that I seen a teenager with his pants pulled all the way up! (stolen from Julia!)

We are getting 8 inches of snow tomorrow. Monday 0 degree with a windchill of -37 and low -5. Coldest day since 1996. Luckily it's probably our last winter in cincinnati. My bf leaves tues for job interviews in az

According to environment Canada it will be very cold! Currently under the following warnings!

Snow Squall Warnings - 10-15cm tonight and 5-10cm Tuesday

Wind Warnings - Winds 70km/hr with gust up to 90km/hr tonight into Tuesday morning (strong winds near lake shore) whoohoo that is me!

Wind Chill Warnings - temperature ranges from -30 to -40 (exposed skin can freeze in less than 5 minutes)

Watching Canada AM and seeing that some of the airport's are shut down due to the weather. It's about -5 here, expecting to go to -11 to -13. Our parking lot is a skating rink from the rain we had yesterday and now freezing temps again.

Last week my dad had to have his car pulled out of his parking spot because it was frozen into the ground. Thank heavens for CAA!

-27, we're used to that! It's actually not bad out right now. Even had to have the fan on in the bedroom last night.

My hope is that by this time next year it will be jan 7th and I will be in AZ saying hey it was 70 today. However in the summer I will say hey it was 120.
