Yeppers it has been a while since I have done one so this is the year.

Saturday January 4, 2014 at 12:00 noon I take the Polar Bear Dip. So totally excited will have a couple of co-workers with me and friends.

Just need to decide if I want to wear shorts and a t-shirt? spandex pants and t-shirt, bathing suit? or bikini! I hate making decisions they are so hard to do!

You know Sandi it has been proven that emerging yourself into icy cold waters can help your body work properly! I highly recommend it!

They are calling for snow and it has snowed today and on and off since Christmas and the fact that we had the ice storm! Makes for a great dip because there will be snow and ice!

There was a polar bear dip out by our old place, too. I'm not brave enough to do it! More power to those who do!

Julia - my muscles, joints and nerve endings would never survive! The cold weather affects me even when I stay indoors.

I am happy for you though and admire your ambition!

If you're gonna be that brave, just go for the bikini. (I get Raynaud's phenomenon in cold water, so I'd be striped!)
