Hi All!!!!

I joined PDSA about a decade ago and fell out of touch, then I saw the site completely changed, but I'm back.

I was diagnosed with it in 1994 went through all the treatment before having my splenectomy. Unfortunately I passed it onto my daughter (who is now 12)so now we have two family members with it. I've been so blessed in that we've just done mindful observations of her counts and thusfar she has been stable.

I'm really excited to be back. I'm also looking to attend my first convention this June!

Also....my first name changed, and I can't remember what my old screenname was, but I'm sure it had something to do with "PUNK" as almost all my names do!

I look forward to getting reaquainted with all of you!

Hi Punk,
How is your count now - where does your daughter's count sit?
I hope things continue to go well for you both!

Hi hi,

I'm hovering at a nice stable 250k these days! My daughter is about 80k to 100k, and as long as she continues to do low end normal, I'm happy.

I've been as low as 6K, she's been down to 45K, so I think all in all we're doing well.
