Each bleeding manifestation is assessed at the time of examination. Severity is graded from 0 to 3 or 4, with grade 5 for any fatal bleeding.

So the goal is to avoid grade 5. If you get to grade 5, it's a moot point. Funny they'd even bother to label that.

Well level 5 is not a SELF assessment, that's for sure.

I did try Name that Tune once. I had a song in my head but couldn't think of the name of it, so I asked here. It went like this:
