I have been taking vitamin c 1000mg lately to help clear up my bruises on my arms faster, I read some where that it helps has any one heard of this?

It seems to help with vessel integrity but not count. My ITP daughter found it helpful to lessen bruises and petechiae. I'm talking it now to help with wound healing. (I don't have ITP.)

I've been having decent success clearing up bruises this summer by drinking homemade orange, beet, carrot juice. I still get the bruises but they don't seem to be lingering quite as long. I'm so thankful I found something that sort of works! :-)
