Second grandson arrived! was created by debbied
My second grandson arrived June 21, five weeks early but perfectly healthy. He weighs 5 lbs 15 oz and is 18 inches long. His name is Devan Alexander and his big brother Jay thinks he is his baby! (Jay is 2 1/2 years old)

Congratulations, My son and d-in-law are at the hospital now. The baby(boy) is nearly 2 weeks overdue - hoping he will come before midnight to be a Canada Day baby. We have "big brother to be" with us and have just put him down for the night. Christine :)

I hope you don't mind my coming in on this topic; but my 2nd grandson arrived last night at 12.01 am - just missing Canada day. 7lb 1oz - no name chosen yet. All are in good health. 20mth old big brother thinks it should have been a puppy!! Christine :)

Congratulations Debbie on the birth of your grandson Devan - what a tiny precious gift he is!

And Christine congratulations on the birth of your newest grandson - let us know when he has a name! Tell your 20 month old grandson I thought my little sister should have been a kitten - sometimes life if full of disappointments ;)

Yesterday we took our 2yr 2 mo old granddaughter to the zoo - that was so much fun! Grandchildren are such joys!

Yes they are, I am exhausted from looking after the older one for three days but a wonderful exhaustion.:) They are calling the new baby Edmund John - a good old English name:)
Cindy - Edmund rec. a special Canada Day gift as he was born so near midnight plus the Head nurse in the nursey was a friend of the family.:)
