Back to work.... was created by melloyellow
As some know I returned to work this past week. I also had an appointment with my doctor. My count has taken nosedive. He says we arent worried and it isnt work related, but I wonder. We'll see over the next few weeks.

Do you work with radiation or toxic chemicals or outdoors or other environment that exposes you to things that could trigger autoimmune disease flares? Did you get a lot more sun due to traveling to and from work? There could be something related to work that could trigger a flareup.

I build houses so I am around a lot of raw material. There is alot of exposure especially to drywall material and dust, etc. As for exposure to sun I wish since it always seems to be raining here! Thanks eklein.

We have a couple of members who suspect that some environmental factors could have triggered their ITP, one or two thought mold. It's possible that something in that work environment could trigger an allergy or something like that.
