If you attend any ITP Conference, you will certainly be greeted by Sharon M. Sharon volunteers at the ITP conference Platelet Store and has been a familiar face for over a decade. Sharon has had ITP for many years and continues to be a tireless advocate for herself and others dealing with ITP. Not only does she help at the ITP Conference, but she also facilitates PDSA’s support group in Memphis, taking calls and emails from newly diagnosed patients and those in crisis. Thank you, Sharon, for all you do to help PDSA raise awareness within the ITP community!
