May I ask when and how many times do you usually take the probiotics every day? In the morning, before/after meals, once/twice a day? And I read from your post that you could send hair samples to labs to analyze your health condition for nutrition balancing suggestions. Do you have any recommendation of the labs as well?

I take one daily during meals. I use the renew life brand that's refrigerated.

Yes, the lab is www.arltma.com/ . You can get the kit from them and they will do a comprehensive analysis on your hair and send you an entire booklet showing what's happening with your body chemistry. I worked with a practitioner when I did this. This was a life saver for me as after ITP, my immune system was doing so many other things and my digestion got so bad, but doctors could never find anything wrong with me. The hair test revealed my issues and I started supplementing and detoxing and eating well and saw a lot of improvement. My biggest breakthrough though was the probiotics. I've dealt with yeast overgrowth for years. Good luck

Platelets got up to 100K with my probiotics. I was one of those chronic cases on this board with platelets in single digits and teens.
