Well I am now doing yoga with my 14 year old daughter (BTW, she absolutely loves it). We go to something called hot yoga and we've started at the gentle flow level. She is doing it for her sports training and I think she will see great benefits, even at her young age.
I don't get the same relaxation at the end of the sessions as I did in England. In that old church I was so relaxed by the end of the session I would drop off and fall asleep as we meditated into the close.
If you are looking for something to change your life, this is a really good start. JMHO.
I feel so good these days. The ugly days of 2011 are a distant memory. Be brave, try something different. You have absolutely nothing to lose. Just go for it!
cheers,
john

There are two types of healing.
1. When someone gets better and their illness is healed.
2. When someone does not get better from their illness yet they have accepted it and learn to live with it.
Now that I said that Yoga is a whole different story can not seem to make my body work properly for doing yoga. Now my daughter just told me she found a place that I should look into they do variations on the different yoga poses for those who struggle with yoga!
