It seem the Cyclosporine A is working very well along with the Promacta.

Has anything changed since your last blood draw? And, when you do crash, how far do your platelets go down? If they don't go below 10 and your symptom are not too bad, I would try not to worry too much. Something might have recently stressed you out. So far, you have been doing really good. And, at the present, your platelets are still fine.
