Posts: 167 Thank you received: 16	Dear all, My reticulocyte count have been oscillating from 0.073x10^6/mm3 to 0.197x10^6/mm3 Does anybody know that ITP might increase slightly the red blood cell production through an increase of reticulocyte? Needless to say that I dont have bleeding. Thanks
