Since breast milk is full of antibodies, does anyone know if platelet antibodies specifically are transferred through breastmilk and would make one’s baby more susceptible to ITP?

At one point they thought colostrum (the first breast milk) might be a problem. I'm not sure if that was resolved but the 'guidelines' say breastfeeding is not contradicted with ITP. I saw a paper once that showed even a baby with low platelets (because of ITP in the mom) was better off being breastfed.
