HI,
I wanted to know if acute ITP only occurring during pregnancy( when needed immune therapy and prednisone to help with the low platelet) if wanted to become pregnant again does it ruin the body ? would it be damaging the body if became pregnant again for the fifth time?

Rebecca, any pregnancy with ITP is high risk, but it shouldn't damage the body. Prednisone can, but people take that even when they are not pregnant. There is always a risk with pregnancies and ITP, but most stories end well. The question to ask yourself is if the risks are worth the end result.
