I'm wondering if implementation bleeding would be heavier with ITP or not? I'm worried that I am pregnant And I just started spotting. I thought it was my period until it stopped after midway through day two..

Not usually. Most people have heavier bleeding during their periods and don't often have breakthrough bleeding. It's more likely a gynecological problem, unless you've been on steroids lately. That can cause cycles to be off.

Implantation bleeding.. when the egg implants itself into the uterus. It's common but a lot of people don't notice it if it's very short. It can last one or two days at most. Any longer than two days and it looks like something else. A pregnancy test would tell all.
