Hi,

About 10 years ago I was treated with prednisone for about 6-7 months because my counts weren't stable. I took anywhere from 80-100mg daily. I was later told that this was a significant dose. I know it was awhile ago, but does prednisone affect fertility in women?

As nobody has answered you, I will. As far as I know, and I've read a lot, prednisone does not cause fertility issues.

No, I don't think so. Prednisone is a treatment for men who have a sort of autoimmunity to their own sperm. The prednisone damps down the immune system and makes the sperm more lively. So it can't have a bad effect. Also ten years later in either sex it will have no effect.
