D.Mann Offline Diagnosed October 2016 Steroids, IVIG, Rituxin, Promacta, Spleen removed, Rituxin again. Currently weaning off Promacta and Prednisone. Posts: 224 Karma: 3 Thank you received: 18	I would guess if your count is low you will bleed a lot during the process and after. Not sure that it is a good idea to get 100's of sticks without platelets to plug the holes.

Kharys Offline Posts: 10 Thank you received: 2	I didn't have any trouble with getting a tattoo, but everyone can be different. A nurse suggested a medic alert tattoo. I believe my platelets were about 20k at the time. I tried to download a picture but it didn't work
