Does anyone believe that seeing a chiropractor would help ITP? What is your oinions? Safe? Dangerous?

I don't think it would help counts in any way. I happened to be seeing one when my counts were low for my neck problems. It can be dangerous if the neck is adjusted when counts are down. Arteries can tear during the adjustments that can cause strokes even in people with normal counts. It could be doubly dangerous for someone with ITP.

we've been going now for only a week and I am so hopeful and so worried at the same time. I don't know which way to turn. I have medical doctors leaning me in one direction and homeopathic doctors eaning me in the other direction! It truly is overwhelming! I just don't know what to do at this point. I have the same fears and concerns that you expressed above.
