After dealing with ITP since he was 3, I think we can say over 4yrs later and a splenectomy, he has reached remission! In two weeks, it will be one year since splenectomy and one year with NORMAL counts! We are celebrating and I thought I would share his video since this is also awareness month. This site has been so valuable to us!

Very Nice Video. Nice to also share the brother and dad's concern for your ITP son.

And I feel your pain. And joy! One thing that we ITP parents can't deny is that our families are closer together because of our son's condition. Hoping for total remission.
