Last week - summary!

Last week started Monday having a change of weather headache/migraine with prep for a colonoscopy on Tuesday; Tuesday the colonoscopy - enough said. Wednesday was my biweekly blood draw and they couldn't get a vein so did it in my hand (that was an owey) Then in the evening I was told I had to have IVIG on Thursday and that was then I worried in case my body was going to be turned into a cocktail of medicine. The IVIG went OK then came my COVID shot on Friday - this was a breeze - no reaction. My husband who has memory issues came at the same time as me and had a panic attack just before his needle. So the nurse and I had to calm him down and he got his shot after seeing me just breeze through it. Needless to say I was so pleased when Saturday came and I could just rest for the day. I only hope I don't have a week like that again. I am in a much better frame of mind now as the weather is springlike and I can get outside. Thank you everyone for listening and your good advice. I've had that needle in my hand before, not fun - think I'd rather have that than a finger slice though, I feel those are barbaric!
So glad you & your husband were able to get the vaccine - which one?
