It has been snowing since early this morning - huge wet flakes. The weatherguessers are saying 8+ inches and high winds.
Oh yeah, so glad spring has arrived :(

I'm so jealous MrsB - here in Colorado our snowiest month is March and most of the time we really don't get a spring.
Right now it looks like a blizzard out there except the wind has calmed for now. The snow is a heavy wet one and branches on our pine trees are sagging.

Cindy I'd much rather have your rain [would give the sump pump a workout], tired of the cold.

We've been petty lucky with winter this year. Saint John hasn't had a lot of snow like some of our Northern places. Even the cold hasn't been too bad. We do have t take a quick run out today for cat food, but then it will be right back home!
I'm really getting cabin fever and can't wait to get back out taking pics again!

I was wondering if you were able to get some good photos w/snow in them Cindy. Sounds like you are having a winder like we did last winter, calm & hardly any snow - but we are paying for it this winter.

The baffle under the bird feeder has so much snow on it that it is pushing the feeder forward. We got almost a foot and it isn't going to start melting until tomorrow we are told.

No, no snow pictures this year! Didn't go out much at all over the winter. And now with the Covid-19, I'm not sure when we'll get out again. On the other hand, most of the spots we like to go to aren't used very much. I'm hoping to see the geese back with more babies. We'll have to wait and see what happens.
That's a lot of snow!

Was hoping for some snow/geese photos Cindy :)

They have closed Rocky Mountain Park up in Estes - too many people were going to get away from their houses and the areas were getting too congested with people to keep the 6' away from each other rule.

Right now, I'm not sure if our parks are going to open. But I'm still hoping to get out to see if the geese are back.
We've pretty much hunkered down. And thinking about suspending the home care we have for mum. My brother hasn't been around since the virus started and my sister and I decided yesterday that that was going to be her last time coming to help for a while.

I think Rocky Mtn Nat'l Park had to open because it is a national park - from what I gather they had to get permission to close.

Know what you mean Cindy! Not sure I'd keep the home care for now either. Our daughter in law is a certified oncology RN - even though she got the flu shot she ended up with Flu A just over a month ago [tamaflu worked great for the whole family] - they don't want to inadvertently give us the coronavirus so haven't seen them in just over a week now. Miss our son/wife/kids!!!!!!!!!!! We will probably put granddaughter's birthday gifts on their front porch and once back home watch her open them via face time.

My sister works for a doctor and my niece works 2 jobs in the public. Both stores she works for have lowered their hours and the grocery store has made the first hour of opening available to seniors and people with health issues.
I don't think I'm that hard to get along with, but I'm getting really frustrated with the 2 girls we have coming in for mum. They are good to her and I guess that's the main thing. The one coming today and Wednesday has a client in the morning before coming here. We had an awesome girl on Fridays, but she got pregnant. We really miss her! She was so good to mum. We haven't really decided what to do as far as the home care, but since we don't plan on going out unless necessary, there's no point paying for them.
I will miss getting out with my camera!
