Hi ITP team!
Several years back I strongly recommended a book about a doctor who is himself diagnosed with a complicated cancer and learns about how to advocate his way through the medical system. I need this book for a friend now but don't remember the name. Can anyone help?

Another good one: Jerome Groopman: How Doctors Think.

The author is a doctor who became a patient, and then decided to write this book to help other patients advocate for themselves.
