Berry College in Georgia has an eagles nest and it is so much fun to watch [barring any surprises from mother nature or predators]. There is 1 egg as of early this morning and there should be another egg laid in a couple days.

If you haven't seen this site then bookmark it and go to it every now and then - it is so interesting!!

Ohhh... I love eagle cams. Just checked out your link. Thanks for that. It's windy and raining on their nest at the moment. You just have to admire her dedication to those eggs.

I've been hooked on watching the pair in Decorah, Iowa for about 4 years now. Have you heard of that nest?
And there's a pair in Florida that are sitting on two eggs now.

They bring so much fun and enjoyment, but nature can be brutal. Sometimes the stress gets bad.

Love these birds! great photos. I have been following the wild parrots of San Francisco as its near where I live. They were thought to be pets that were released and have survived in our climate. But yes the stress and parrot predators- hawks, are brutal.

Janet and posey I really enjoy watching the birds and animals. Also enjoy watching the giraffes on the zoo cam in The Springs but they aren't out now because of the cold & snow.

I have a website for watching the bears in Alaska getting salmon - Decorah is one of my favorites too Janet - the Puffin Loafing Ledge on Seal Island, ME is fun and they have a cam in a nest which is so interesting - there is an eagle cam in MN.

I've not seen the eagel cam in Florida - can you give me the URL? If you want any of the above URLs let me know.

posey that is interesting - is there a cam for these parrots? They are so pretty.

There are now 2 eggs in the Berry College nest!

Melinda, thanks for the link. Many years ago the kids and I watched the Pete's Pond webcam in Botswana and were obsessed with that. This is so fun to see :)

Sandi, if you would check out any of the eagle cams, you'd find the band has nothing on real birds. LOL

Melinda, the Florida nest can be seen at dickpritchettrealestate.com/eagle-feed.html .
I still prefer Decorah, though. Think it has the best camera out of any. This year, they even went hi def!

This summer, someone sent me a link to a hummingbird cam in Texas (turned off for the winter now). It's very cool, but they're not eagles.

Love the fact they put up cameras so they can watch but not disturb the eagles!

I do like the Eagles [rock group] - right now though I have Queen blasting from the computer.

The nest at Berry College is the size of a king size bed!

Mom this isn't live right now - the Puffins will be back in the spring - the burrow and you can watch them taking care of the egg, and when it hatches it is so fluffy & cute!

This is the puffins loafing ledge, will be live feed when it's spring.

Here is Brooks Falls in Alaska where the bears come to get salmon - again it isn't that season - but with all of these they do show highlights when it is off season.

Janet thank you for the link - 2 eggs and they were laid in December, believe I read that the incubation period is 35 days. Will be watching this nest daily.

I'm not getting anything from Decorah - don't think you have to sign up

It is neat they have the cameras so we can watch but the eagles are not disturbed - what a great learning tool!

There are babies in the Berry College nest - there are babies in the Florida nest that Janet mentioned [they are getting big and are so cute - thanks again Janet]. No eggs in the Decorah nest, have seen an eagle on it but no eggs.

It's awesome. But I'm REALLY psyched about the puffins in the spring. That must be so fun to watch. I LOVE puffins!

And, for more eagle-y goodness, our DC eagles have their own webcam for you to check out. It was fun to see during our recent bit of snow.

Momto3 have you seen the DC babies on the national news? They were showing Mom & Dad and talking about the eaglets - so darling!

I had missed the mention in the media, I'll have to watch for some clips online. Thanks for the heads up! They are so cute though, most definitely. I'm excited about the puffins!
