Unfortunately I have no idea what happened to Yvonne [bonbonw] - I tried to make it easy for her to understand how to get in this new site but she still had trouble. We emailed and I also sent her notes via real mail. I have lost her address over the years - but the last ones I had sent her never got a response (I was hoping that if she had died one of her children would have seen the note from me and replied, but never heard anything). She had some trouble because the IVIg that worked for her was hard to come by - one time they gave her a different brand and that wasn't good. In 2006 she emailed me a Guardian Angel, I have kept it and will try to post it here as I know she would have wanted all of us to have a Guardian Angel - she cared for everyone and was just such a dear person!

I remember being one of the newbies desperately looking for information coming to the chat forum. I was terrified I was going to die literally having nightmares. Do not think I could of learned to handle my ITP the way I do if it wasn't for the people I met and chatted with.
Hard to believe it was so long ago! I remember joining a group of Ausie's use to chat would have to get up extremely early to join in. Lost one of those members

Cindy I sent the email from your profile here so it would have gone to the email address you used when you signed up. Sent it as I was trying to be "delicate" [unusual for me since I tend to just speak out 
]. Yvonne was older so my thought is she isn't with us any longer. But I really don't know. Do have a photo of her & husband she sent me, but of course I can't find the folder I put it in.
I keep in touch with a few oldies also and 3 Moms of ITPers. Been around here since 1992 after coming out of my "remission" thanks to the tetanus booster - my son found the group for me, geeze I think that was the old-old discussion group.
