ITPpeople Topic Author	Some people on this discussion group have been wondering who is behind the 'ITP People' username. It is me, Joan Young, PDSA founder and now a consultant for the organization. I'm semi-retired and work very part-time for PDSA doing various education-related assignments. In time, and perhaps when I'm on vacation, others in PDSA may also post using this name.
