**Registration includes all sessions, receptions, continental breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday and Saturday lunch.
If you need to cancel your registration for the Conference, you must submit your request to cancel in writing. All fees less a $50 administrative charge will be refunded.
All Conference sessions, meals, and receptions will take place at The Westin Seattle. Seattle has been a sought-after location for our attendees and PDSA has secured room rates for medical professionals and industry partners attending the conference at just $284 per night (king or double/double). Once your Conference registration has been completed you will be sent information on how to reserve your room(s) at The Westin Seattle. Hotel rooms cannot be booked prior to your conference registration.
